GradeLock (Mandated Services llc) provides a web-based application, known as the GradeLock system. One part of the GradeLock system is available for school employees. The other part of the system is for students and parents.

The school portion of the application provides tools to manage student information, such as assignments, grades, attendance, report cards and other student data.

The student and parent sections of the application allow access to relevant information, such as assignment scores, term grades, homework, and report cards.

GradeLock mobile apps mirror the web-based application.

What User Data We Collect

• After receiving an access code, users of this website create a personal login account, supplying their name, email address, and password.
• School employees and parents are required to supply a cellphone number when creating an account. Student accounts do not require a cellphone number.
• Upon creating an account, users must declare what school they are associated with. They must also provide a unique access code.
• Student accounts are limited to viewing their own school data (grades, homework, etc.)
• Parent accounts can view information for any children in their family.
• Parent accounts are permitted to update family data held by the school.
• Cookies are utilized to facilitate the login process. Users have the option to prevent cookies on our website.
• Users must allow session variables for our site to work properly.

How we use data

GradeLock (Mandated Services llc) does not share, sell, or otherwise distribute data in any capacity.

We do not utilize user information for promotional purposes, sales, distribution, etc.

Third-party entities do not utilize our data. Third parties do not have access to our systems or data within.
